We get it - life gets busy, and sometimes swimming lessons just don’t fit the schedule! If you're needing to step away, please complete the form below.

However, if you're withdrawing due to an issue or concern, we’d love the chance to help! Reach out to us at lessons@pikespeakathletics.com so we can work with you toward a solution that keeps your swimmer on track with their goals.

Important Info:
Withdrawals must be submitted by the 15th of your swimmer’s final month.
(For example, if October is your last month, submit this form by October 15.)

Forms submitted after the 15th mean tuition for the next session will already be processed, and your swimmer will be withdrawn at the end of the following month.

Please note: If your swimmer withdraws and later re-enrolls, your family’s administrative fee will be reapplied at that time. (This fee is capped at two charges per calendar year, no matter how many times you come and go.)
