Hosting a Trunk

Calling all PPA families and local businesses!

Join us for our third annual Trunk or Treat. Decorate your trunk, hand out candy, and compete for a chance to win exciting prizes - all while supporting local swimmers through the Pikes Peak Athletics Foundation!

Prizes:

  • Top Business Trunk: Earn a sponsorship spot at PPATC through the end of 2026.

  • Top Family Trunk: Win a fun PPA prize!

  • Top Swim Team Group Trunk: Wins a special PPA prize!

    a competitive spirit is not required - an open trunk and smiles are all that are necessary!

Why Participate?

We expect over 600 trick-or-treaters this year - making this an incredible opportunity to showcase your creativity and connect with families in our community.

What You’ll Need

Hosting a trunk is simple! Here’s what to bring to make your setup successful:

  • Set-Up: 12:00 - 1:00pm

  • Candy: Plan for at least 5-6 large bags (Costco-size works great!) This will get you through the event giving 2-3 pieces/kiddo. Non-edible treats are also welcome!

  • Decorations: Go as simple or creative as you’d like - even a few festive touches make a big impact!

  • Optional: A chair or small table if you’d like to sit or display goodies.

  • Your enthusiasm! Smiles, costumes, and creativity make this event come alive.

Supporting a Great Cause

A portion of proceeds from trunk spots will be donated to the Pikes Peak Athletics Foundation, which provides scholarships for swim lessons and swim team access to over 60 swimmers each month.
